1. General

E-mail spamming, spamming of URLs and posting of illegal content are grounds for termination and all services will be stopped.

2. Services & Support

a. Exmasters guarantee that the network will be available 99.9% of the time in a given month, excluding necessary scheduled maintenance or hardware failures. Network uptime include functioning of all network infrastructure incl. routers, switches and cabling, it does not include software or server specific problems. Network downtime exists when a particular customer is unable to transmit and receive data.
b. Any technical issues regarding problems with account setup, server software problems, or any other problems that are directly connected with Exmasters' services will be corrected free of charge. Because the server service is managed, customer support include installation of OS and required applications, server restarts, optimalization of particular server parts, databases or system configuration files, solving and blocking or removing eventual complaints, help with migration of sites from other host, setting up regular updates etc. Technical problems are solved up to 60 minutes, more difficult problems (e.g. DNS problems) up to 24 hours.
c. Refunds are possible for all customers requesting a refund. When requesting a refund, customer can be asked for a reason. Refunds doesn't include satisfaction or personal opinions.
d. This contract may be terminated by either party, without cause at anytime. Any potentional loss of sales or any customer's income cannot be demanded in any way.

3. Delivery of Service & Refund policy

a. Upon receipt of your order, the services will be performed to you in accordance with the services that you purchased. The nature of the services you purchased may impact the timing of delivering of the services, but it's always activated and delivered in 24 hours (maximum).
b. Exmasters have a refund policy under which it offers a 14-day money back guarantee for any of the service bought. Exmasters has promised that it will refund monthly or annual pre-paid subscription fees if the customer cancels the pre-paid subscription within 14 days of the service being delivered.

4. Compliance With Law

a. E-mail spamming, spamming of URLs and posting of illegal content and direct official requests (court or police order) are grounds for immediate termination and stopping and blocking of the services. In this case, Exmasters can terminate this agreement and remove all of customer's equipment from the facility.
b. Exmasters is not liable to check material and content on customer's account and will fully cooperate with law enforcement officials regarding unlawful material and/or actions.
c. Even the server or service is managed, customer is fully responsible for his content which he placed on his web site, account or a server. In case of receiving a complain or take-down notice, it's forwarded to the customer to comply, which must be done in 24 hours. In urgent cases, Exmasters hosting have the right to ensure removing of specified content in any technical way on his own, with or without informing customer in advance.
d. If you believe that a person is using our products, services or computer network to violate your copyright, trademark or other intellectual property, please direct your complaint to abuse@exmasters.com. Please, don't forget to specify target URL with your introduction or authorisation. It will be fully complied within 24-48 hours.

5. Privacy Statement

a. Any information submitted by the buyer will be used solely for the purpose of completing the transaction, delivering the product and addressing any customer service issues.
